Great views, beautiful weather — it doesn’t get much better than this.

What’s summer without a little baseball? On Friday, we were lucky enough to hit Sutter Health Park to see the River Cats score a 4-1 win over the visiting Reno Aces.

Between the hot dogs, wine slushies, energetic crowd, gorgeous weather, and postgame fireworks — we couldn’t have asked for a better way to unwind after a long week of work.

The team has three more homestands on its schedule until the season ends in September — with fun themes like Toyota Family Value Tuesday ($2 hot dogs + ice cream) and Wet Nose Wednesdays (dogs get in free and, yes, it’s as adorable as it sounds) to make the most of your trip. There’s even a throwback night planned to celebrate the Sacramento Solons .

Don’t miss out on the fun before summer is over.
