Super Bowl 58 watch parties in Sacramento

Cheer on your favorite team at these Super Bowl watch parties in the City of Trees.

A bucket of beers, a pile of chicken wings, and a pizza atop a wooden table.

Pizza, beer, and wings — the Holy Trinity of football foods.

Super Bowl 58 kicks off in Las Vegas this Sunday, Feb. 11, at 3:30 p.m. with the San Francisco 49ers taking on the Kansas City Chiefs. For those of you looking to enjoy the game with friends without the stress of hosting, we’ve rounded up some of the most enticing watch parties across the City of Trees for you to cheer on the 49ers (is our bias showing?).

Drake’s: The Barn, 985 Riverfront St.
What compliments the Big Game better than a big bucket of wings? Nothing, that’s what. Drake’s is offering a bucket of 32 wings as a gameday special, “touchdown tots” (buffalo chicken tots), and more. City Editor Jordan will be here, so be sure to say hi if you see him — 49er fans only, of course.

Tom’s Watch Bar, 414 K St., Ste. 180
This DOCO spot will have free shots, NFL merch giveaways, football trivia, and so much more for fans to partake in. Don’t forget to sign up for their fan club to net yourself a $1 drink as well.

Punch Bowl Social, 500 J St., Ste. 100
Play Big Game Bingo to win prizes, snag a $25 bucket of beers, and enjoy themed shots + cocktails. If your team starts to lose, you can enjoy the free games they have on hand (corn hole, darts, and more) instead.

Barwest, 2724 J St.
Sporting gigantic drinks and an even larger Jumbotron, Barwest is one of the go-to spots in Midtown for sporting events — so where better to go for the biggest game of them all?

Bear & Crown British Pub, 1022 Second St.
Finally, the British respect real football. Tickets for this event come with access to a private watch room, catered food, and $2 off all draught beer, house wine, and well cocktails. Not bad, innit?
