Downtown Sacramento Partnership’s annual Calling All Dreamers contest came to a close yesterday, naming The Dreamland Cinema its winner. The 23-seat microcinema (1901 P St.) received $20,000 + a package of in-kind services to open a Downtown theater location.

Finalist and runner-up Ecojoyous received $10,000 to help establish a Downtown refillery for its upcycled and handmade goods.

Previous Calling All Dreamers winners include local businesses Burnside Coffee Bar, Nash & Proper, and recently opened eatery Flora & Fauna Provisions.
