The countdown to kickoff for college + NFL football is on, and we’ve got the 411 on when and where to catch all the action around Sac. 🏈

The Sac State Hornets will host the Utah Tech Trailblazers for a Kids Day season opener on Sat., Sept. 3, complete with postgame fireworks. The UC Davis Aggies will open their season at home on Sat., Sept. 17, against the San Diego Toreros as part of Welcome Back Week. Both universities will face off in the Causeway Classic on Sat., Nov. 19.

While the San Francisco 49ers won’t have their first matchup until Sun., Sept. 11, against the Chicago Bears, it’s still perfectly acceptable to dust off your Jerry Rice jersey and plan out your game days in the River City.

Mon., Oct. 3 — 49ers vs. Los Angeles Rams

Sun., Oct. 23 — 49ers vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Sun., Nov. 13 — 49er vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Sun., Nov. 27 — 49ers vs. New Orleans Saints

Sun., Dec. 4 — 49ers vs. Miami Dolphins

Sun., Dec. 11 — 49ers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

TBD — 49ers vs. Arizona Cardinals (no week 18 games have been scheduled yet as part of the NFL’s Flexible Scheduling Procedures, which allow the most important late-season games to hit primetime TV.)
