The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors recently voted in unanimous approval for a list of proposed vendors for Sacramento International Airport (SMF).

So, what’s staying and what’s going? Here are the upcoming changes, which will move into effect starting this summer:

Terminal A

West Coast Sourdough Deli is replacing the spot currently occupied by Peet’s Coffee and Tea. Subs, soups, and salads are its main offerings.

Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar will be filling a vacant vendor space with menu items like pho, banh mi sandwiches, and grill bowls.

Sidewalk Juice will be assuming a vacant spot, offering smoothies, juices, toast, and acai + granola bowls.

A collaboration of three local restaurants — Magpie Cafe, Centro Cocina Mexicana, and New Helvetia Brewing Co. — will be replacing Iron Horse Tavern in the restaurant-style dining area and bar.

The current Starbucks will stay, but another Starbucks will be added to share a vacant spot with Golden Grove Market.

Fast food chain Wendy’s is replacing the space currently used by Squeeze Burger.

Terminal B

Cafe Bernardo is replacing Esquire Grill, offering normal menu options as well as express items to-go.

Temple Coffee is filling a new retail space, which will operate as a stand-alone stall for coffee + baked goods.

Nixtaco will go in the the spot occupied by Urban Crave Express, offering tacos, burritos, and other Mexican fare.

Bawk! by Urban Roots is taking over Mango Taco’s space, serving up fried chicken, wings, sandwiches, and salads.

OneSpeed Pizza will soon be slinging slices, replacing Famous Famiglia.

Midtown Spirits will take over Cafeteria 15L’s space to serve beverages and bar bites.

Terminal B will also host a Starbucks, Wendy’s, West Coast Sourdough Deli, Sidewalk Juice, and Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar.
