I Heart Mac & Cheese opens its Midtown location on Monday, Feb. 5, at 11 a.m. — a restaurant featuring all of your carb-loaded, cheesy faves.

Located at 1631 K St., the menu sports mac bowls, flatbreads, grilled cheeses, and a few dessert options. Vegan meat and cheese options are available, along with the choice to substitute noodles for a healthier, gluten-free base of broccoli and cauliflower.

The first 25 customers to stop by on opening day will receive free macaroni and cheese bowls for a year — if this ends up being one of you, let us know (and feel free to share the wealth).
