Concerts In the Park — California’s biggest free music festival — is back at Cesar Chavez Plaza beginning today at 5 p.m. to kick off 12 weeks of jams with 50+ performances.

Here’s a little refresher of what to expect:

🎸 Music

Each week until July 28 (except Fourth of July week), 4-5 acts will take the stage from 5-9 p.m., with Latin Grammy Award-nominated Kat Dahlia headlining the opening night. Artists span all genres and include big names like Blue October.

🍻 Drinks

There will be a beer + wine garden, and concertgoers can also head to participating bars after the show ends for CIP Afterparty drink specials.

🍴 Grub

Local food trucks will be on hand each Friday. Last year’s offerings included Drewski’s, Taqueria El Taco Naco, and Zumapoke and Lush Ice.
