Whether you’re in it for the thrill of the find or just ballin’ on a budget, we’ve rounded up thrift stores in Sacramento where you can find unique pieces for a great deal.

Eco Thrift, 7224 55th St.

With six other locations across California, including Citrus Heights,
Eco Thrift collaborates with textile recyclers to export leftover products to third-world countries. At 39,000 sqft, this South Sac store is brimming with handbags, school supplies, furniture + lightly-worn clothing.

FreeStyle Clothing Exchange, 1906 L St.

This thrift store features a selection of vintage and used clothing, organized by color and size. You can also bring clothes in your closet that aren’t making the rounds to sell in-store on weekdays — just make sure to call-in first in case they hit capacity early, and follow the selling guidelines.

The Bus Stop Vintage, 2315 J St.

Find an array of hand-selected vintage clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry + home decor at this one-stop shop, where the mission is to curb the negative impacts of fast fashion with sustainable alternatives. In addition to its permanent storefront, the Bus Stop Vintage also has a pop-up at the Midtown Farmers Market every Saturday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Upscale Thrift, 2590 21st St.

Located in Sacramento’s Broadway District, this boutique-style shop sells gently worn clothing, accessories, artwork + trinkets to support local nonprofit Free Will Foundation. Make your way to the back for the “Man Cave,” which hosts a selection of men’s tees, dad caps, and sporting gear.

WEAVE Thrift, 2401 Arden Way

This 2,500-sqft Arden thrift store boasts fashion-forward, name-brand purses, clothing, accessories + jewelry. The best part: Proceeds support Women Escaping a Violent Environment (WEAVE), a local nonprofit crisis center for survivors of sexual assault, trafficking, and domestic violence.

The Thrift Store, 6606 Fruitridge Rd.

Serving South Sacramento for 40+ years, The Thrift Store has a bit of everything — kitchenware, children’s toys, clothing, and furniture. The store’s proceeds also benefit WEAVE programs.

Hidden Gems Thrift Store, 2245 Florin Rd.

The name says it all — established in 2019 by owners Passion Bailey + Berry Accius, this hideaway in Florin Plaza is the place to discover buried treasure like jewelry, vintage books, and apparel.
