Whether your idea of a fun night out is watching aspiring comics try out bits, or maybe you’re the one who wants to work on your “tight five” — there are open mic nights all over Sacramento you can check out.

🎤 Downtown

  • Torch Club | Wednesdays | 6-8 p.m. | 904 15th St. | $10 | A Sacramento staple for 85+ years, you can count on Wednesday Open Mic Night at the Torch Club like you can count on death and taxes.
  • Lucid Winery | Thursdays | 7-9 p.m. | 1015 R St. | Free | Is there a better place to host a night full of laughs (and maybe some bombs) than a winery? We think not.

🎤 Midtown

  • Sacramento Comedy Spot | Tuesdays | 8 p.m. | 1050 20 St. #130| $6 | Whether you’re just starting on the stand-up scene or have been around the block a few times, everyone can participate + hone their skills. Sign-ups end at 7:30 p.m.

Stab Comedy hosts not one but two Open Mics a week, on both Thursdays and Sundays.
