...we get you. We need our dogs to live as long as possible (read: forever).

Ollie steps in with high-quality food, treats, and supplements made with your dog’s health and longevity in mind.

How it works:
  1. Have your pup take this quick quiz (or take it for them — we don’t mind)
  2. Receive expert recs for recipes + portions
  3. Get meals delivered to your door (and rekindle that relationship with the mailman)
  4. Eat, zoomie, repeat. Welcome to mealtime with Ollie.

    🍳 Big brunch energy

A plate of breakfast tacos topped with eggs and veggies sits on a brown wood table on the patio of The Mimosa House restaurant in Sacramento. Next to the plate, there are two pink-hued mimosas; across the table, there's another breakfast dish resembling a benedict.

In this town, brunchin’ ain’t easy but it’s necessary. We’ve rounded up a whole bunch of brunch options plus an interactive map to track ‘em. Plan your weekend, and pour those mimosas.

    Weekend must

Bacon & Butter | Saturday + Sunday, 8 a.m.-2 p.m. | While the name alone is enough to entice most hungry brunch enthusiasts, this farm-to-table eatery in Tahoe Park is so good, Michelin described it as “Sunday morning at your mom’s.” Pro tip: Be prepared for a wait — bring a book.

    Weekday wonder

River’s Edge Cafe | Daily, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. | This cafe’s location is the perfect stop during a casual jaunt along the American River Parkway. What we’re ordering: The crispy chicken and waffle benedict + stuffed hash browns.

    Daytime party

The Mimosa House | Daily, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. | With weekly specials and 50+ varieties of mimosas, no local brunch roundup would be complete without this East Sac staple. Pro tip: Order a mimosa flight to try three flavors at a time.
