The Vegan Chef Challenge in Sacramento

Sacramento’s vegan scene is on a remarkable upward trend, and that excitement might best be seen in the Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge, with more than 35 restaurants and pop-ups asked to add at least one new vegan option to their menu.

With the event running now through Mon., Oct. 31, we’re highlighting five vegan plates, desserts, and drinks that made our stomachs growl.
