Roseville City Council voted last week to raise energy surcharges by 8% beginning Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023, through the end of 2024. The announcement comes as a 3% surcharge increase that was approved in 2021 is also set to go into effect beginning Sunday, Jan. 1. ⚡️ (FOX40)
